Manna is the newest congregation in the Eastern District of the Moravian Church, and an Emerging Ministry of the Northern Province. A dinner church, Manna is helping to build community and foster worship outside of the traditional shape of 'church'. Our mission is to encounter God around the table through worship, fellowship, and service. The Ohio Moravian Ministries Commission is kindly sponsoring a dinner church service for all our congregations and community members. Join us at 5pm on October 24th at Sharon Moravian Church (776 Moravian Church Rd SE, New Philadelphia, OH 44663 - just off 416) as we enjoy Park Street Pizza. together.
Dinner Church is a worship service in which we participate in those familiar rhythms of prayer, thanksgiving, singing, and exploring scripture together around the table, and in conversation with our neighbors. Pastor Byrnese (Manna) will be leading us through dinner church, and donations given will go towards helping support Manna.
We will have gluten free and vegetarian / vegan options, and are happy to accomodate any other dietary needs or restrictions. Please notify us of accomodation needs through the RSVP form, or by calling (740) 254-4374
